Philippe’s French Dips before Dodger games? Yes, please.
Most Dodger fans know that Philippe’s is a must before Dodger home games, with games like opening day and specific series attracting even more fans to the restaurant for dips, sides and beer.

But there is something about the playoffs, especially these last few years, that brings the tradition of Philippe’s and Dodger games even closer to home.
Fans are rallying behind their team and everyone at Philippe’s is right there with them from our carvers to our management staff. Our Dodger blue spirit is real.
Game 1 of the NLDS is finally here, and the Dodgers will take on the Washington Nationals tonight (Thursday, 10/3) at 5:37 pm, and on tomorrow (Friday, 10/4) at 6:37 pm.
Philippe’s will be ready for the pre-game fans. With various domestic and craft beer on tap and available by the bottle, and of course delicious food. A French Dip, and a side such as chili or macaroni salad, will satisfy any craving before heading to the stadium.
Philippe’s is located less than two miles from Dodger stadium and directly across the street from Union Station where you can catch a ride on the Dodger Stadium Express bus. Service leaves Union Station every 5 – 10 minutes at Bus Bay 3 of the Patsaouras Transit Plaza. With a valid Dodger ticket, the ride is free on gameday.
