Conditions for Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Merchandise must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Exchanges
An exchange of style or size may be made if the merchandise is in its original unused condition and if the style is still being offered and available.
If the item was received as a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of the same value.
The purchasing customer is fully responsible for exchange shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your original payment if the items meets the above conditions.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase and must be accompanied with a receipt, or the date and credit card of purchase.
The purchasing customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement, this can be up to 10 days.

My Order was Damaged in Shipment
If a packaged is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you receive a damaged package, please call us immediately at 213.628.3781 and we will contact our carrier and work on getting you a replacement.
