Beginning Thursday, August 23 at 11AM PST, Philippe’s 110th Anniversary Instagram contest will begin.

Share your Philippe’s pic, from now or then, on Instagram for a chance to win a $110 Philippe’s gift card. 

Philippe’s Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Philippe the Original 110th Anniversary Instagram Contest begins on 8/23/18 at 11AM PST and ends on 9/24/18 at 11:59PM PST. By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of United States of America who are 18 years of age and older. Philippe’s and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize.
3. PRIZES: Grand Prize: Two (2) winners will receive a one-hundred and ten ($110) Philippe’s gift card. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4.  HOW TO ENTER: To enter post a picture of your favorite Philippe’s memory, from now or back then, which must include our restaurant or food, to Instagram. Entrants must use hashtag #Philippes110 in the caption, and tag @philippetheog. Images can come from any type of camera. Gentle use of filters (on Instagram) is allowed, but no other adjustments are allowed. No picture can be entered more than once, or on multiple social platforms, and any will result in automatic disqualification from the contest. To ensure we’re able to view your entry, your Instagram profile must be public.
5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Contest will be selected by the Philippe’s management team. The selection process will begin after the Promotion Period and the winner will be announced Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 5pm PST.
6.  WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by direct message through the Instagram account they used to enter the contest. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. Prizes must be picked up at Philippe’s, 1001 N. Alameda St. Los Angeles, CA 90012.

7. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the
   privacy policy of Philippe’s. By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Contest Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
8. SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER An Instagram account may be required to enter. If you don’t already have an
   Instagram account, visit www.instagram.comto create one. It is free to create an account. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
