During this year’s L.A. Beer Week, Philippe the Original will offer customers $1 off pints of any draft beer with the purchase of a French Dip Sandwich.
Beginning Wednesday, June 13, order any French Dip – Lamb, Beef, Turkey, Ham, Pork or Pastrami – and get $1 off a 16-ounce draft beer.
L.A. Beer Week doesn’t officially kick-off until Saturday, June 16, but Philippe’s is getting a head start on the fun.
Philippe’s tap beer has been consistently crafty with a changing line-up that usually features a domestic light, reds, IPAs and wheats, even stouts, which all pair nicely with your favorite French Dip and side combination.
This year, the Beer Week draft list includes Bud Light, Beachwood’s Foam Top Blonde, Garage Brewing’s Mango Hefeweizen, Karl Strauss’ Red Trolley, Lagunitas’ IPA and Hopwork’s Organic IPA.
French Dips and beer go great with our some of our sides, which include coleslaw, macaroni and potato salad, chili or a pickled egg.
This beer lover’s paradise connects craft beer and classic eats June 13 through June 24.
Philippe’s carvers will be ready to pour beers (at the $1 off special for those enjoying a sandwich) and make delicious French Dips, per usual.
Philippe the Original is located at 1001 N. Alameda St. in Chinatown.
