One of the beers on tap is Devil’s Canyon Dedicated Amber Ale, which is an American Amber Red Ale brewed by Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company. This rich amber ale has a well-balanced bouquet of hops and malt and can be paired with a famous French Lamb Dip sandwich.
If you’re craving a classic, Bud Light is the right choice for you. This can go with the classic French Beef Dip and a side of Chili. Classic and cool.

Angel City Citrus Wheat is a locally brewed American Pale Ale (APA) that has rotating availability. So make sure you get a Philippe’s French dip sandwich with a delicious meaty center like pastrami to have with this IPA.
The Coronado Islander IPA, also brewed in California, won gold for “American Strong Pale Ale” at the 2014 World Beer Cup. It has luscious notes of apricot, grapefruit and mango will whisk you away to the coast with it’s taste.
